  • Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's size and destination – no surprise charges here!(Sometimes we make it free!)
  • Processing Time: Most orders are ready in about 15 business days. Custom items take a little longer for that extra touch of perfection.
  • Delivery Estimates: Expect your furniture in 15-20 business days for standard shipping. Custom orders add about 3 extra weeks. (Heads up: occasionally, Mother Nature or the delivery truck might cause slight delays.)
  • Tracking: Once your order sets sail, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  • Delivery Day: Most items arrive curbside with minimal to no assembly required. Need a hand getting it inside or putting it together? Inside delivery & assembly is available in select areas for a fee – just ask!
  • Damaged Goods? If your package looks like it went twelve rounds, refuse it at delivery. If you find damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll fix it!
