We're thrilled you've chosen us for your furniture needs! We take great care in crafting and delivering each piece, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we get your beautiful new furniture to your home.
Where We Deliver We proudly ship our handcrafted furniture across all of India.
Shipping Costs The cost of shipping your order is determined by the size, weight, and final destination of your items. To get an accurate quote, simply add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout – the exact shipping fee will be calculated there before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may also offer free shipping on selected products, so keep an eye out for those special offers!
Order Processing Time We put a lot of care into preparing each order. Typically, orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 15 business days (this includes weekends and public holidays). Please note that custom or made-to-order furniture requires a little more time to craft to perfection, and their estimated processing times will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen:
- Standard Shipping: You can generally expect your furniture to arrive within 15 to 20 business days.
- Express Shipping: (If available for your specific order) For a quicker delivery, your items could reach you in 7 to 10 business days.
- Custom Orders: Please allow an additional 3 weeks for delivery on top of the standard processing and shipping times, as these pieces are uniquely made for you.
Important Note: While we provide these estimates, please understand that actual delivery times can sometimes vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen weather conditions, carrier delays, or other logistical considerations. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such rare instances.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to easily monitor the progress of your package directly on the carrier’s website or through your account dashboard on our site.
Delivery & Assembly Information We design most of our furniture for easy enjoyment, meaning it will either require no assembly or very minimal assembly. If any simple assembly is needed, we'll provide the necessary tools.
- Curbside Delivery: For most larger furniture items, delivery will be made to your front door or curbside.
- Inside Delivery & Assembly: For an additional fee, we offer inside delivery and assembly services in select locations. If you're interested in this service, please contact us for more details and availability in your area.
Receiving Damaged Goods We take utmost care in packaging our furniture for transit. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged:
- At Delivery: If you notice clear damage to the packaging or the furniture upon delivery, we recommend you refuse the package and immediately inform the delivery driver. Please also notify us as soon as possible.
- After Delivery: If you discover damage after the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll need you to provide photos of the damage along with your order details. We will then work diligently to arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific situation.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order experiences an unexpected delay, please first check your tracking number for the latest updates. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will promptly offer a replacement or a full refund.
Changing Your Shipping Address If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. If your order has not yet begun processing, we can usually accommodate the change. Once an order has shipped, changes may unfortunately no longer be possible.
Missed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically make another attempt or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. If a package is returned to us due to a missed delivery, an incorrect address provided, or refusal, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it. If an order has already shipped, cancellations may not be possible, and return shipping fees might apply.
