Return & Refund Policy
At WoodSculp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your furniture order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund based on the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be in sellable condition, with all original tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Certain products, such as custom-made, clearance, or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Return Authorization & Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
The item must be shipped within 7 days after receiving return approval.
Step 3: Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made or personalized furniture.
Final sale or clearance items.
Assembled or modified furniture.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the return is inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for returns due to damage or incorrect items.
free shipping will be excluded and shipping charges would be applied.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
The item is returned outside the return window but still in acceptable condition.
The item is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
The item shows signs of minor use but is still resalable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
If you prefer a different product, a new order must be placed separately.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations may not be possible, and return shipping fees may apply.
Free Shipping is not included on return and cancelled orders.
